Download flex11.19.6.1_x86e_win64 via Link from PDF does not work

I have to install the "PTC License Server (FLEXnet Publisher) 11.19.1.0". But the Download-Link from the PDF PTC FlexNet License Server | PTC does not work. I only got a blank Site with a text (

a2d9bf28e43b0f35a8b4a4a600957bd52a991866432ee733c8d45aab8bb5037a  flex11.19.6.1_x86e_win64.zip

 

Where can i download the License Server?
