dear sir/madam, i have a problem when i install creo elements/direct modeling. I install trial version before, but now i cant install with the liscense i buy. it alway use license trial.

CS56687 describes how to install the license server.After you install the new Windows on your laptop, look at it and install the license server complement. .

I have never seen the condition of the image you uploaded.
I think this will only be shown in the trial version. I think you need to uninstall the trial version. However, I cannot be responsible for that, so please ask PTC Technical Support.

and now, i have problem like this: 

1. I cant open more than 5 file drawing 
2.  The software works ok at the company, but when works at another location (construction site, home) with a license error
