Currently there is an understanding that a trace/link between two data objects can be created through a drag and drop. Is there any other functionality within the tool that uses this drag/drop? (other than standard windows functions like moving files or attachments)

Hello Todd,

Document model uses drag and drop (sometimes with modifier keys) to copy or moving content between documents.  If a relationship is correctly defined between types, traces can also be linked in this way.

Files can also be dragged into attachment fields in the client.

Hello Todd,

Document model uses drag and drop (sometimes with modifier keys) to copy or moving content between documents.  If a relationship is correctly defined between types, traces can also be linked in this way.

Files can also be dragged into attachment fields in the client.
