Cannot save perspectives anymore after ILM 11.1 CPS03 installation

Hello all,

 

just as a heads up: with the installation of Integrity Lifecycle Manager 11.1 CPS03 the perspectives are no longer (fully) working.

- A user cannot save a perspective anymore (file is created but empty and it cannot be selected anymore)

- Perspective saved before installing the CPS03 are still available

- Perspectives still can be shared via e-mail

 

We've already reported the issue to PTC TS and are currently waiting on a response from R&D when a fix can be expected.

    FYI, it seems likely that the next CPS (04) for Integrity 11.1 will be addressing this.  Uminet, you probably have a Support case opened for this, so you should get some more specific info via that channel.

    maybe CPS04, maybe not 🙂

    My current information is that R&D plans it for CPS05. We pushed back and said that this is inacceptable since a important feature is fully broken due to non-existing testing (the test case is not so difficult).

    We will see if and when the bug is fixed Smiley Happy

    The current plan is to have this fixed in CPS04, for Integrity 11.1.
