Hi Team,

Earlier I was using an ImsIntegration profile(.sbs file) for importing requirements in rhapsody. Till IMS version 11.0 the integration worked well. But recently we upgraded or client and IMS server to 11.2 version. Since then the integration fails. Need your help with this. Please find the error message below:

 

IMS PSS Requirement Synchronization: Version 2016-04-18

Command execution on IMS server failed! com.mks.api.response.CommandException: mks.frame.app.ui.ViewException

Do you know the Integrity command that is being run here, and which version of the Integrity API is being used?

Were there any errors in the Integrity logs?

Thanks. I haven't been able to find anything with this exact error. I was going to suggest opening a support ticket, but I see you've already done that.


One thing that will be helpful is to get IntegrityClient DEBUG and API logging as well as DEBUG logging for Gateway. See KCS articles:

So do the possibilities also include connection to IBM ClearQuest? Or to what requirements should another software tool have in order for it to integrate with Integrity?
