Export data out of PTC Integrity 10.8 and onto a staging area

Dear Community,

We are looking for an option to extract the data out of PTC Integrity 10.8 and store into a validated archive location (or tool) as per compliance requirements.
In our company we are using PTC Integrity 10.8 for Change Management purposes and will need to migrate the data out as we moved to another solution to document our Change Controls.

Note about product: Windchill RV&S (formerly Integrity Lifecycle Manager)/ Release 10.8

We would need to extract the Change Control records, their history, attachments and approvals.

Currently we are in Sustained Support mode and cannot get any assistance from PTC beside going through documentation, KB or Community.

Hope that someone has experience with similar activity or can at least suggest a starting point to investigate our options further.

Some possibilities that we have on our mind:

- export record by record through UI using a bot

- using CLI to export record details, history, attachments, approvals

- integrate the product with an Archive or BI Tool via available API

There are more than one solution depend of your work case and your system structure.

The good news is you can offcours export all the reqiured & attachment data out of PTC Integrity (we already did),

The possible solutions you have thought of are the appropriate solutions , and you can use them, as i mention before, it depends on your system and the another solution.

Regarding  to BI, it will be another subject and more complex, there are no ready-to-use solutions for PTC Integrity as far as I know, but man can build and devlope it.

A topic like this cannot be covered and discussed within a post or comment, this is a complete standalone project
