We have some requirements documents with pictures that were copied into Comment fields.
I was told I could get a report with pictures visible using the web client. I got it to work a couple of times, but now the pictures are once again blanked out. At first, I could get the pictures by shrinking them within the field, but that is now working now. How does one consistently get embedded pictures in the Document Content report?
Here is what I do:
In the Items view, run a Query I created to get Items that are Software Requirements.
Select any requirement in the list.
In the `more` menu next to `Actions`, select `Run Item Report`.
Select `Document Content`.
I can also use some guidance in creating queries within the web portal. Pointers on that topic are welcome.
I got some advice from our PTC rep.
1) Hitting the two semi-circular arrows refreshes the login credentials. That is necessary for a second phase of processing to include the pictures.
2) A better method is to configure reports in Internet Gateway Export Wizard.
