How can I share an item among requirement documents and specification document

I have Definitions which I would be the same for a requirement document and specification document. Is there any possibility to create an item which my be "shared" among different document types?

Hello Shih-Fu Liu‌,

Its not possible to share the item among different domains. Only workaround is specifying the "Item Link" of referred item (as like Hyperlink).

Or else you could add the reference item to relationship fields (eg., Decompose From or Satisfy By relationships or any customized relationship field). This is the most efficient way that could help to maintain traceability.
