thats a very interesting question. I am just thinking about the use case for this.
Assuming your rtf is a 20 page document, then this document shall become with all 20 pages part of your report?
What we have implemented for one of our clients is the following using a client side customizations:
Generating PDF files where the attachments are embedded to the integrity document.
This was done with the use of the Gateway (Word Export), and an additional customization for generating PDF and embedding attachments into the PDF.
The Use Case was to send those PDF files to suppliers (incl. Attachments) for further processing.
Herewith we had only one file to be delivered, which contained everything.
But, this was a customization, is not Integrity Standard.
Back to your question: we can embedd custom Java in Triggers, not sure if we can do the same in Reports.
Reports are JavaScript, so it is perhaps a matter of a JavaScript expert to achive what you are looking for.
Alternatively, what I can think of is a pre-processing action where your attachments are somehow differently linked to the report and then, somehow merged with the output directly.
Just some thoughts, hope this helps and gives some ideas.
