How do you aggregate the difference source code each change package

I want to aggregate the difference of source code each change package.

How do you aggregate the difference source code each change package.

At this moment, PTC deliver the sample global.event and metric script ,"aggregate the source code", when user create check point.

I do not imagine how and where the tool aggregate , when close CP.
