How to find who have Permissions to the project on Admin Client

I want Users Who have access to the project on admin Client.

Is there any API function or CLI to get the users who have access to the project on Admin Client  in script?

Please suggest me.

I'm not sure I understand:  do you want to see who has access to modify project policies through the Admin client?  If so, are you talking about Source/Configuration Management projects or Workflows and Documents projects?
