Hi @all,
we want to have some checkboxes in our Integrity-Items. With setting these Checkboxes the user should give his statement that he has done some work. So as an example an item could have three checkboxes, is it possible to do a query-rule which is showing what the last set checkbox was?
Thank you,
kind regards, Jens
Hello Jens,
The easiest way I can think of to do this is to have a non-editable field that indicates which checkbox was last set, and use a trigger to populate that field with the name or symbol for whichever checkbox was last set.
This gets complicated if multiple checkboxes get set at once, but I'm assuming you have a plan for that.
Regards,
Kael
Hello Kael,
thanks, thought the same way but was hoping that there is some solution with less effort.
kind regards, Jens
I did think of a few others, but they all had the problem of not quite working.
I'm hoping with you that someone else has a more elegant solution.
