I assume you don't understand what this message means and would like to know.
In this case, it's simple: you provided the wrong user login or password for that server.
This is the only case you can get this message.
So it's possible that the two servers are not set up identically for security and your login/password combinations are different, or you made a mistake. Try again, and if that doesn't work, check the server configuration.

Which has the usual suspects for an authentication failed error, like the one you see.
If that article doesn't help confirm the issue, you probably would want to open a Support case with the Integrity / Windchill RV&S Support team, to assist.
