I shall be generated the Matrix Traceability between Customer Requirements and Equipment Specifications.

How can I generate Matrix Traceability?

I have pushed Custom=> Matrix view and I have obtained this message:

Error: Unable to access jarfile C:/PTC/Custom/MatrixView.jar

Someone have any idea How can I solve this problem?

Is it possible to retrieve some example of this java class?

Hello Alessandro,

this file is part of a set of files and configurations you need to have, otherwise it wil not work properly.

Its a so called FDO= Field developed Object, that you can obtain by asking your PTC Consulting contact. I am not sure if we ship this just for free, or if this is part of a consulting engagement, like any solution package that we have for Integrity.

Do you know who your Consulting (Sales) contact person is?
