Not able to find ReqIf import option in Integrity Client

Not able to find ReqIf import option in PTC Integrity client.

Looking at these links, it looks like it is a separate adapter plugin.

http://www.agosense.com/files/webinar_21.6.2012_requirements-exchange-based-on-reqif1.0.1.pdf

Please confirm if it is a separate plugin with additional cost.

ReqIF import is supported by PTC Integrity Requirements Connector. The RIFUtility mentioned by Kael Lizak above only supports the older RIF versions of the standard. You can contact your PTC sales representative for more information on Requirements Connector.

Hello Prasad,

This information is available in the Integrity Lifecycle Manger downloads page, in the features group for your Integrity release:

  • This Feature is available from the PTC Software Download area of the PTC Integrity Support Portal, click on “Download Center”, then “Order or Download Software Updates”, then "Integrity Lifecycle Manager". Select “Release <Release>” ➜ “PTC Integrity <Release> Features” ➜ “Most Recent Datecode” ➜ “Datecode: F000” ➜ “Integrity-<Release>-Requirements-Interchange-Format-Utility-26”. Read the instructions in the included “RIF_readme.htm” file.

My understanding is that it is a separate plug-in with no additional cost, although it likely uses a user license while it is running.

I hope that helps.

Regards,

Kael
