PSM For Integrity

Hi,

I am trying to use PSM for Integrity. Once Incident (for Slow field computation) gets created and the Duration is showing "4mins" for example.

But, when i Drill down that particular incident using purepath, The "response time" in the purepaths are not matching, It shows only 15 seconds.

Do you have any idea why there is difference?

Hi Karthik,

I'd suggest opening a Support case, to look into this further, if this remains an issue.  Perhaps the wrong datapoints are being compared within PSM, or something else is at play.
