Hi Don,
Images must be inserted inline in the content of a requirement (it can be the only thing contained in the requirement, but it goes inside the regular text field). There may be an 'insert image' button on one of your toolbars near the top of the client, depending on how the view is configured, and you should also be able to right-click inside the text and choose "Insert -> Image"
