Sporadically Error Message when starting PTC Integrity 10.8 Client

Hello,

we recognized a sporadically problem with a PC when starting PTC Integrity 10.8. Client.

The Error-Message, stated below and also in the attachment, is indicating a time out with the tip

to place the Integrity Client install Directory at the very first Position in the path.

Unfortunately the Integrity Client install Directory is already at the very first Position in the path

and we also don't see problems with the read and write permissions to the Integrity Client install directory.

Maybe it's also worth to mention, that the affected user is trying to start PTC Integrity 10.8. Client as Windows-Administrator.

As I aleady said, sometimes PTC Integrity 10.8. Client is starting correctly, but then there's again the error message.

The error appears also sometimes many times sequentially, and later it's working again once in a while.

Any idea where the Problem is, or what is causing the error ?

Hi Stephan,

I'd suggest opening up a Support case, to troubleshoot this issue.  There are a few things that can cause this kind of behaviour, when trying to startup the Integrity client, on some machines.
