I want to know the exact usage of Item type "Task" & "Change Order" ? Most of the fields are similar in task and change order types.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Chittaranjan,
In the context of RV&S, a "Change Order" can be seen as a request to perform a (final) validation of a change and later on perform it.
A Task is already the concrete advise to perform a change or activity.
Often a Task is seen as low-level, whereas the Change Order is rather "high level".
As an example, a Change Order might be titled "Correct Size of Part A", and then you have a number of Tasks linked to it, outlining what exactly someone has to do, lets say "Task 1: Update Part A", "Task 2: Update Documentation", "Task 3: Initiate Change Review" ....
You understand the idea behind?

Hello Volker,
Thanks for sharing in the detail.
Change Order comes in picture when we want to make changes in Restricted state document. And the tasks we be break into work list to do.
