Windchill RV&S 13.1.0.1 -Automatically sync custom triggers report on server VM

We are trying to create a SI trigger which resync the Sandbox on development server (on the VM filesystem) automatically when the file is checked in (which contain custom triggers) on the Windchill RV&S client by any developer.

The purpose is to deploy the trigger scripts, report recipes automatically on server (VM) instead of copy pasting the files manually.

Please suggest how can we automate this process
