After session time out, TWX log in fails

Hello All,

When TWX session times out, it asks for login credentials. When I try to login, it always fails.

It is again and again asking for credentials. Below is the screen shot.

Can anyone guess what could be the issue?

Praveen, does it never log back in? Is it the same across all browsers?

Hi Ravi,

It doesn't log back again. I need to go back and press 'Go To Platform' button and then it works.

Can you expand on the 'Go To Platform'? Are you using any specific utility or a custom page? Can you try going back to /Thingworx/Composer/index.html ?
