Blank page after login and empty composer

Hi Guys,

After turning off my server for couple of days and turning it on, now the when I try to open the thingworx it first ask for login credentials and then redirect me to the composer page (http://127.0.0.1:9000/Thingworx/Composer/index.html) which shows a blank page.

Any idea?

Hi Ali, can you share some additional detail like the version of ThingWorx and which persistence provider are you using? Do you experience this with all the browsers? Does refreshing the page help?

Additionally, have you checked the application log + the tomcat log for any errors?

Could you please show your tomcat java settings? (as shown below). Also, have you set up your license correctly?
