How to show interactiveGuideline in platform provided chart?

Dear Team,

I am using platform timeseries  chart .

On hover on chart as information are showing. But I need this information on hover to be some how looking as custom chart . so how can we achieve this as shown below?

If you want it on the Standard TimeSeries chart you will have to customize it, can't do it OOTB.
