Hi,
This is the screen I have created. If I click 'Main button' it has to open up a main mashup . How can I do that??

If 'Main button' is a button widget?
I suggest you change it to Navigation widget. And Navigation widget has a attribute named MashupName. Set the MashupName to you main mashup.
