Permissions for resources / subsystems

Obviously all applications we write, use Resources & Subsystem. Can we treat is "common use resource", for every project, who ever uses application?

Generally, with new application/project, we create new users (especially, if it's common use application, or user is used for schedulers/timers/etc.). Then we set permission for things/mashups/etc. inside the project, so the user can use it.

Then we find, project is not working, because app uses some Resource or some Subsystem, so we have to have also to add this user to Subsystem/Resource permissions.

Is there any way to set Resource/Subsystem is accessible to every one? I found visibility can be set to Everyone organisation, but what about Run Time permissions?

Great, it works.
Did not noticed, we have permissions set to services directly, not to whole Subsystem.
But yes, added permission to interesting service to User group and it works.

Hi @ZbigniewK

You can add permission to Users Usergroup to run common Subsystem / Resources services

For Visibility Permission, you can add Everyone Organization
