By the above mentioned query, are you trying to merge two separate persistence provider or two separate Data Tables in a Mashup?

Usually each type of data storage is used for different purpose. So why do we have to merge them.
But to answer your question datastorage like datatable/streams expose services for create/update/delete so you could always iterate and add one into another provided you have the structure/ datashape similar
