The contacts in list is showing as pending but those contacts have activated their chalk account. And one of the pending contact is able to make a chalk call to me but I am not able to call them back as it shows up as pending.
Is there a way I can delete the contact add them again?
Hi Avinassh - sorry to hear about the confusing experience and glad you were able to self-resolve it.
This is a known issue. Until we make this improvement - the workaround if you find a Contact stuck in a "Pending" state is to delete the Contact and re-add them. You can do this by "swiping left" on your Contact List to reveal a "Delete" option (see screenshot).
