I am working with a customer who is interested in Chalk but has a requirement for an intrinsically safe device. They have a device (the i.safe MOBILE IS910 device, which runs Android 8.0) which I know isn't supported. They were able to install Chalk and it allows them to be in audio/video only mode since it's not a supported device.
He says that Chalk can't seem to focus the camera on the device, making the field of view blurry and unusable.
Do we have any supported devices are are intrinsically safe? And/or do we have a message I can pass along for why this device might not work?
