API to add AML/AVL part to an OEM Part

I would like to create Vendor / Manufacture part and associate with an existing OEM Part.

I have managed to create an AML/AVL part using the APIs specified in CS181617‌‌‌.

However, I would like to know how to associate this new Vendor part with an existing WTPart.
