Customized model support for visualization

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 13.0 and Datecode with CPS 13.0.2.0
I want to customize a model that can support main content attachments like documents and generate visualizations. That is, if Office Worker is installed and the main content is Word, Excel, PPT, etc., it can also generate visualization PDFs through Worker. So what interfaces does my model need to implement and what configurations do I need to make to meet my requirements?

Why not just create a soft-type of WTDocument? This way there is not customization and everything would be supported like normal. The visualization will pick up based on the file type.
