Get All previous latest revisions using utility or any API

Hi

Can someone help me with a utility or an API on getting the non latest revision ?

If I have the object with the below version 

AC.2

AC.1

AB.2

AB.1

AA.2

AA.1

Can I get only AB.2 and AA.2 ?

Can you please help me with any utility or API for that
