How to create a Supplier Organization using API in Windchill ?

Hi,

I want to do three actions with using API.

 

・To create Supplier Organitazation

・To get Supplier Oranigazation Name 

・To change the name and lifefcycle state

 

I guess using "com.ptc.windchill.suma.part" ...

Please teach me which API  I use and show me to simple sample code.
