Wrong actions.dtd and actionmodels.dtd paths

Hi.

Paths to actions.dtd and actionmodels.dtd are wrong in some \codebase\config\actions\*.xml

They look like '../../actions.dtd' and '../../actionmodels.dtd'.

Why?

How i can fix this?
