Issue in custom javascript method

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 13.0 and Datecode with CPS 13.0.2.2

Hello team, we are trying to propagate the custom.jsfrag file content using the below command-
ant -f jsfrag_combine.xml
but this command doesnt work. The issue we are getting is on one of our custom actions that have a corresponding javascript method attached to it.
Kindly provide us with a resolution for the same.
