Language Issue about the dwg dowload popup.

Hi, I have a problem about the langauage pack.

 

I use Windchill 12.0.2.0 and language with Korean.

When I download the part's dwg files, download popup's link has been crashed.

But if i use the english, link is ok. 

 

How can I fix this problem?
