Steps to prepare .JAR file to deploy custom java files and configurations using build.xml and ant

Version: Windchill 12.0

Use Case: I want to perform Custom code deployment from source Windchill system to a new windchill environment, where I have the custom java files stored in WTHome\src directory. Also the custom configurations like loadFiles and workflows and templates to be deployed to target. I'd need help with steps to prepare Build.xml and create a .jar file and how to deploy it to target system

Description:

Required help with the steps to perform the ant script and build deployment on WIndchill 12.0

@Rohaan.. its a broad question so there might be wide range of approaches.

You can also use repository like git or any third party repository for managing code versions.

For windchill objects, you can use BAC util https://support.ptc.com/help/windchill/r13.0.2.0/en/Windchill_Help_Center/busadminchgprom/BACPObjSupport.html
