VS Code setup for Windchill

Could anyone post a walkthrough on how to set up VS Code for Windchill customization/tailoring?

This is just awesome text editor ( like Atom ), nothing to setup ( or i dont understand your purpose )

I'm fairly certain you can set this up as an IDE with the right extensions.  I'm posing the question to anyone that may have taken the time to do so.

Visual Studio Code ? So advanced text editor. 

There is no related content about it in PTC official guides.
