WQS: Allow System Name (System Tree Table) to be used in a filter

Hi, I think there would be benefit in allowing the System Name (System Tree Table) to be able to be selected for use as a filter.

Currently I use a FRACAS group to collate system files from several project to run reports/graphs.  However, we also wish to be able to select one of the listed system names individually without having to open the project is resides in.

Adding a filter which allows you to select a system file from projects you have access to would be beneficial.
