is there any api to create deliverable by code in a plan for an Activity.

Hi @AR_9920456 

Some API definitely exists but it is not supported so it is not documented.

If you need to do what I think you want to do you have to play detective role and go in the OOTB code of project activity wizard processor and find the part code where  the delivery is created.
