TW Navigate Exception executing service, , on resource provider: WindchillDocumentResourceProvider

Hello everyone, Since I updated Windchill 12.1 to CPS19, I've encountered this issue with Navigate. Is it possible that it's due to the CPS? If not, what could be the cause? How can I fix it?  (OOTB) applications are no longer usable and have the same error. TW Navigate Exception executing service, , on resource provider: WindchillDocumentResourceProvider
