工作流实例无法正常启动

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.0.0

问题:创建的升级请求,流程无法正常启动,一直保持“未开始”状态。
临时解决方案:队列管理,重置此流程才会启动

I’d like to recommend to bring more details and context to your initial inquiry. For example:

  • Can you describe the steps you have taken to create and start the upgrade request process in Windchill PDMLink 12.1?
  • Are there any specific error messages or logs that indicate why the workflow instance fails to start properly?
  • How do you reset the process in Queue Management before it starts? Can you describe the steps?

Please add screenshot(s) to better understand what you are trying to do in your process.

A screen shot would help. I am not familiar with what you mean by "upgrade request"? Do you mean change request? This is possibly a translation issue. I think what you are saying is that when a change request is created, the workflow does not start. Specifically what messages do you see and what actions in the queue are you doing to kick it along?  I suspect access rights but you also might want to look at logs at the time of this event for an error message.
