10.1 M040 WGM AutoCAD Mechanical 2013-Import to Workspace Issue
Process:
1. Launch AutoCAD which Launches WGM for AutoCAD
2. Tools/ Import
We are seeing the Process Hang if we Import more than a certain number of DWGs. Currently we have to Stop WGM and AutoCAD after every 100 DWGs loaded.
Symptoms:
A. If We Add 500 DWGs and Select Next orFinish it will hang and not complete
B. If we Add 100 DWGs and Select Finish it will hang and not Finish
C. If we add 100 DWGs and Select Next (5 to 7 Minutes) then Finish (5 to 7 Minutes) Completed Successfully.
We have been loaded in loads of 100 successfully, but if we do 3 or 4 loads it will eventually hang... So we stop and start between each load?
Anyone Log a Call with PTC or Seen? The Computer we are using is fairly old, 32 Bit 4GB; Wondering if Memory Leak in Program?
Sometimes Even after Stop/Start it can still hang...
Pretty Random...
Rerun and normally will go through...
Anyone Seen?
Where is best place to see issues such as Logs?
