Per his response we deleted the contents of the Cache dir at: C:\Users\<username here=">\AppData\Roaming\PTC\.ptcm1912\ptc-browser\Cache and relaunched Creo. Everything is working again.
We do not know why the cache went corrupt or whatever happened but we are working.
As of this time 9:43 am eastern time Wed 10-15-2014 our IT guy has yet to hear back from PTC on the ticket he put is late yesterday. Because of Glenn's answer our 2 guys are working again
Kudos to him and the exploder community for the rapid response.
