9.1 M060 on Windows Server 2008 R2 Login Problem

I have a fresh OOTB installation of WC 9.1 M060 on a Windows Server 2008 R2 machine. I have configured Apache, Tomcat, Windchill, and WindchillDS as Windows services. I am unable to login to WC from a client machine. However, I can successfully login when I am on the server itself. When on the client I can browse to the Tomcat and Info*Engine validation page (http://<servername>/Windchill/infoengine/jsp/examples/VerifyIE.jsp) and I get prompted for a user/pass and all validation works fine. Additionally I can browse to the test.html (http://<servername>/Windchill/wtcore/test.html) and all "Authenticated" links work fine. Only when I try and browse to WC itself I am not prompted to authenticate and I get a page that says "There is a problem with this web page...bla bla bla". I do see the PTC logo but that's it. Am I missing something in the Apache configuration such as a resource in the app-Windchill-AuthRes.xml file? Oh, virus scanning and firewall are turned off as well and no errors show up in the Apache or Tomcat logs.

Additional test. From Windchill command prompt, try:

windchill wt.auth.Authentication

Should prompt for login.

Tried putting tomcat and apache into debug mode?

Sorry about that last email, I see it is now supported. Do you have UAC turned off? We had a lot of issue with that blocking Apache and Tomcat when we started with Server 2008.

Tyler

That works too.

Additionally, R2 is supported. Check the matrices.

I think the problem is that what the PSI picked up for the DNS name isn't
what really is in the DNS. It missed part of the domain name.
