I do not know how I did this, but, I think it was rather easy for me to do...
When I am logged into Windchill as the ORG or Site ADMIN I no longer have write permissions into my Library Structure (all the remains is Read permission)
In my Product structure the permissions still remain as Read and Write.
Anyone have thoughts how I did this, and how I can fix it?
The joys of Windchill just keep coming...
