Actions menu in Search Results vs Information Window

In 10.2 I'm noticing a difference in what's available from the actions menu when looking at the search results vs. picking on the information icon and looking at a single item.

In 9.1 I'd have a user call me up and say the Print Room won't accept my drawing because of X problem. Can you demote this file so I can fix it.

I do a search for it and from the actions menu pick Set State to demote it to work in progress.

In 10.2 I don't have that option. I have to go to the information page on the object to do that.

Is there any way to extend the actions menu on the search results to match what's available from the information page?

Try rmb button over the object. This will get you menus specific to the object type as opposed to the more general Actions menu.

Oh... I assumed because they removed the actions pull down link, I had to use the other action menu at the top.
