it would appear that in 10.1 it is necessary to restart the windchill services in order for the changes in the restricted values for the soft attributes of EPMDocument to take effect ? Is that correct ?
I remember this was the case in 9.0 but PTC improved their product in 9.1 where changes took effect as soon as EPMDoc was checked in.
I am wondering, if this is true, why this step backward ? It is a lot of disturbance for the users just for adding new restricted values?
Is there any other way I am not aware of ?
