Anonymous Cloning of DB?

Hi All,


One of our clients is requesting to replace all Part Numbers and other important meta data details while cloning the Production Server to a Test Server.


I am looking for a proven procedure or steps to do a cloning of DB (cloning of Windchill 9.1 to be particular). This cloning process should remove the critical meta data from objects and replace them with some dummy values.


Has someone worked on a requirement like this one before? Any help/information would be greatly appreciated.
