I was wondering what method you use to attach parts to Change notice?
In my experience it is often hard to see what parts have been removed from BOMs and which have been added.
Use case: Replace one part (A) with another part (B) on multiple BOMs.
- For A, that is removed from e.g 50 % of the BOMs it occurred on, my organisation does not attach A to the change, thus if you are on the page for A you can not see that it has been involved in a change and that you should consider changing trade agreement, sales price etc. The same applies to the part B.
The screen shots shows how a Change Notice in my organisation is setup.
It is only the BOMs that are linked to the change..
