Attribute "Description" is blank on the item info page

Hi,
In Windchill 9.1 M020, after migrating the data from 3.4, our designated parameter "Description" displays correct values in the attribute table, but is empty in the Field show below.




Can this be fixed in migration, pre-migration, or post migration?
